This being the laid-back Berkshires, no punches were thrown as the iced tea flowed, scones were scarfed, and our intrepid photographer Ed Sedarbaum snapped away. The scones were generously provided by Sarah McNair, the iced tea by Cup and Saucer. |

I enjoy your blog and your artwork. I love “Why Are We Losing The War On Art?”
My oldest son is a struggling young artist (http://donovan.bill.googlepages.com/home). He should probably look at the first panel of that comic, eh?
The first edition of northcountyperp was fun to read. I hope it’s successful.(Note - the link on your blogpage to the northcountyperp.com page is busted. I think you inadvertently added an extra letter after the slash - that will disable the link.)

Hey, Bill, thanks for alerting me to that flawed link. I think it’s corrected now. And thanks also for the thumbs-up on Perp #1. Best wishes to your son. Being an artist is a hard road to travel, but he’ll have lots of interesting company along the way.

I just noticed that my mother wore the same shirt to the Perp launch party (2007) that she wore to my father’s 95th birthday — and our wedding– (2004). For shame!
